Project Essentials: The Project Charter
In the course of 45 minutes of instruction, the participants will walk through the development of a project charter with a deep-dive into each of the sections with examples of the content within each section.
Each section will be defined by it’s content and purpose and how it aligns with the other segments of the completed charter.
