EIG Innovation Conference | September 9–11, 2026 · Austin, Texas
September 9–11, 2026 · Austin, Texas

Build Tomorrow, Today.

September 10 is for the leaders who refuse to be surprised by what's next.

A working conference for senior leaders determined to stay ahead. Join twenty EIG tenured experts and leading SaaS providers for a full day of focused keynotes, executive panels, and hands‑on co‑creation designed to solve real problems. Every collaborative session centers on one question: what do you need to know, build, scale, and decide now to lead confidently through the next twelve months? Leave with clarity, priorities, and solutions shaped to your reality — so the future doesn't surprise you.

Wed · Sept 9 Partners Summit Partners only — plus the Client Opening Dinner, all invited
Thu · Sept 10 Client Innovation Conference The main day — keynote, panels, Collaboration Lab
Fri · Sept 11 Master Classes Partner-led capability building, separate registration

Our Philosophy

Most organizations fail before execution. By building the wrong solutions.

The right execution of the wrong solution is still failure. Most transformation efforts stall not because teams can't deliver — but because the wrong things were designed, decided, and pushed into delivery in the first place.

EIG connects the full arc — concept, decision, execution — into outcomes that ship. On September 10, Jose Pires sets the strategic direction. Twenty EIG partner experts translate insight into applied intelligence. The Collaboration Lab turns priorities into executable solutions.

The leaders in this room leave September 10 knowing things about their markets, industries, and competitors that they won't find in a quarterly report.

Your Return on Attending

Eight sessions. One unfair advantage.

Every session is engineered to answer one of the questions keeping serious leaders awake — and to send you home with the answer before your competitors finish asking the question.

/ 03

Market Intelligence: Navigating 2027

Your competitors are already positioning for 2027. Get the same briefing.

/ 04

Transparency Revolution: Supply Chain Trust

The organizations building supply chain trust now are creating moats their competitors can't cross later.

/ 05

Lightning Innovation: 5 Challenges, 5 Solutions

The most concentrated hour of actionable intelligence on your industry's hardest problems you'll find anywhere.

/ 06

The Future is Here: Activating Industry 5.0

Industry 5.0 is not a future conversation. The leaders treating it as one are already falling behind.

/ 07

Collaboration Lab: Focused Solution Sessions

Every other session tells you what to think. This one changes what you do.

/ 08

Social Event Exchanges

Sept 9 — An intimate dinner social in town for candid conversation, capped by late-night karaoke for those keeping the dialogue going. Sept 10 — From 16:00, once the closing session wraps: choose your experience — a curated round of golf or a thoughtfully designed surprise activity. Both engineered to carry the day's decisions into the conversations that follow.

Why This Room Matters

The full-stack ecosystem behind every outcome that ships.

Strategy without execution is a slide deck. Execution without design is expensive rework. September 10 assembles the network that connects both — and the leaders who know how to use it.

/ 01

Front-End Innovation

Voice of Customer and new product innovation — the disciplines that ensure you're building what the market actually needs before a single engineering hour is spent.

/ 02

Decision Intelligence

AI and analytics operationalized for the leaders who make the call — not visibility for its own sake, but decisions and action at speed.

/ 03

Execution Systems

Digital and physical execution — where strategy becomes shipped product, deployed process, and measured outcome.

The Partner Network

Not a random collection.
A full-stack capability.

EIG's partner ecosystem spans strategy through scale — every discipline required to move an idea from concept to deployed outcome. Enterprise, mid-market, tech-enabled transformation firms, government, and education ecosystems all draw on the same network.

Design the right solutions make the right decisions execute at speed.

The Details

Questions, answered.

Where exactly is the conference held?

Hyatt Regency Austin
208 Barton Springs Rd, Austin, TX 78704, USA

A premier hotel positioned on Lady Bird Lake, offering scenic downtown views, direct access to the Hike & Bike Trail, and close proximity to downtown entertainment districts.

Exclusive discount rate available for all attendees. Our hospitality team coordinates preferred-rate hotel blocks within walking distance — details shared upon registration.

What's included in the ticket price?

The Client One-Day Pass covers the full Thursday, September 10 program: every session, the Flagship Keynote, Collaboration Lab participation, breakfast, lunch, refreshments throughout, and the Sunset Networking event. The Partner Two-Day Pass adds the Wednesday, September 9 Partners Summit and opening dinner. The Friday, September 11 Master Classes and the golf or social activity are registered separately from both passes.

Is this only for current EIG clients?

The conference prioritizes the invited client community, but we hold a small allocation of seats each year for qualified executives new to EIG. Submit your registration and our team will confirm availability within 48 hours.

What's the refund and transfer policy?

Full refunds are available up to 60 days prior to the event. Within 60 days, tickets may be transferred to another executive at your organization at no cost. For emergency circumstances within 14 days, contact our concierge team.

Can my team attend together? Are there group rates?

Yes. Teams of three or more qualify for preferred pricing, and we can reserve a dedicated Collaboration Lab group for your organization's specific priorities. Contact jdevries@consultingeig.com for group arrangements.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Select keynote and panel content is captured for registered attendees' post-event access. However, the Collaboration Lab and closed-door executive conversations are intentionally off-record — the value of the room requires it.

The leaders in this room leave September 10 knowing things about their markets, their industry, and their competition that they won't find in a quarterly report.

The cost of not being there shows up later.
