The Certified Lean Agile Scrum Master Course is focused on Project Management. Particpants will learn how to produce working products and projects in much shorter periods of time, with fewer errors, by managing the development cycle in a collaborative environment with customers, developers, testers, and business leaders. Participants also learn to streamline their workflow by combining the artifacts of Agile development with the tools of Lean.
Participants not only learn the Scrum Master role, but how to run a successful Scrum team and all its roles, as well as how to lead multiple teams working concurrently on a development project. Plus, through hands-on simulations, we will complete two cycles of creation, practically applying the knowledge learned about Lean Agile and leading Lean Agile teams.
This course includes course instruction, materials, online access to the preparatory course materials, and exam fees. Students will sit for a 2-hour proctored exam online on the last day of class.
