Mark Sneeringer, Ph.D.

Mark is an experienced Continuous Improvement leader with deep expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, Change Management and Program Management. He has led improvement efforts for businesses ranging from consumer lifestyle products, to large household appliances, to complex medical devices. Strengths include cross-functional team leadership, extensive technical leadership experience, improvement methodology training and mentoring, facilitation of complex improvement efforts to closure, and the ability to quickly diagnosis problems and define and implement effective solutions.
