Greg Schlegel

Greg Schlegel is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in supply chain risk management. He is the Founder and CEO of The Supply Chain Risk Management Consortium, which includes 33 companies and 1,750 professionals dedicated to identifying, assessing, mitigating, and managing supply chain risks. Greg has held executive roles at several Fortune 100 companies and served as a consultant for IBM. He has also taught supply chain and risk management at Lehigh University for 10 years and is an adjunct professor at Villanova University.

Greg was the APICS International Society President in 1997 and is a well-published author and frequent speaker at various industry events. He co-authored the book “Supply Chain Risk Management: An Emerging Discipline” with Dr. Robert J. Trent. Over the past 15 years, Greg has facilitated more than 120 workshops globally.

Greg holds a BS in Operations Research and Computer Science from Penn State University and completed his e-MBA graduate work at Lake Forest School of Management. He is certified as CPIM with ASCM, CSP from DPMA, and Jonah in Theory of Constraints from the Eli Goldratt Institute.
