Capability analysis enables Lean Six Sigma practitioners and teams to assess the current performance of their process with respect to the customer needs. This module focuses on techniques that can be applied to processes that have an output that is attribute in nature. It introduces a four step method for capability analysis as well as routines in Minitab to conduct this analysis on data that fits a Binomial or Poisson distribution.
