So what do we mean by project management? This seminar will explore that question by reviewing the various components of project managers. While not part of the preparation for the PMP exam, this seminar follows the body of knowledge areas of the exam.

The latest area of interest is that of Agile project management, so you will spend some time looking at all the aspects of the area surrounding Agile Management. In addition, participants will receive links to download project management tools.

This seminar is NOT a prep for the PMP exam.
